Therefore, to give up all hope means to give up on life entirely.

You may live with so many dreams, but see you have not accomplished much. Maybe your dreams are not so well-defined. Let it be clear to you what you want and how to get it. You will sometimes fail. And don’t you think people who have faults are a lot more interesting that those who are perfect?

Make exercise a daily routine, as eating and sleeping are. Its health benefits apply only to your body, but also your mind and spirit. Unless you are ill or paralyzed, you really have no valid reason for not exercising. Make exercise your day’s priority. To get it out of the way during the rest of the day, consider doing it first thing in the morning. No time for exercise? Then, have time for sickness.

Worry and anxiety are indications that you are not in control of your mind. This misuse of the imagination is not only useless but harmful. I used to be a worrier, but none of the things I worried about ever came true. Had I saved myself the trouble, I could have been a lot happier. Why waste your life to useless worrying? If you live this day to the best that you can, today will take care of tomorrow.
